Blue Moon Gold Project

• 100% owned Blue Moon Project, directly north of the Bendigo Goldfield, with historical production of 22 Moz of gold
• Located 25km from the Fosterville Gold Mine, owned by Agnico Eagle (NYSE: AEM)
• Highlights from drilling include 1.2m at 543g/t Au,  6.5m @ 33g/t Au and 0.3m @ 185g/t Au, all with visible gold
• Initially targeting the northern extension of the 5.2 Moz @ 15g/t Au Garden Gully Line, with multiple other lines of reef to target

Pyramid Hill Gold Project

• ‘Gold Undercover’ initiative by the Victorian Government estimates a potential ~32Moz (P50 mid-case) of undiscovered gold beneath Murray Basin cover in the Bendigo Zone
• >6,000km² in the world-class Bendigo Gold Province
• Several advanced drill-ready targets including:
  • Loddon Vale – emerging regional scale target
  • Karri – 3km strike length of mineralised footprint
  • Ironbark – Multiple diorite related gold targets
  • Wandoo – 9.5g/t Au intercept in quartz vein at base of hole
  • Bamganie – 2m @ 20 g/t Au adjacent to old workings

Projects

Farrelly Mineral Sands Project

• 100% owned high grade mineral sands discovery
• Thick, continuous zone of high-grade mineralisation defined over a ~1,200m x ~600m
• Of the 91 holes drilled in the last campaign, 33 holes contained intersections >10% THM, with 11 holes containing intersections >20% THM
• Preliminary mineralogical work indicates a favourable assemblage including Zircon, Ilmenite, and Rutile as well as potential REE bearing Monazite and Xenotime (highly sought-after critical minerals)
• Efforts ongoing to secure land access for further low-impact exploration drilling to better define the extent of the Farrelly mineralisation

Projects

Errabiddy Gold Project

• Falcon to earn up to a 70% interest in E09/2457 from West Coast Silver (ASX: WCE), previously Errawarra Resources
• E09/2457 is situated in the Errabiddy shear zone on the north-western margin of the Yilgarn Craton and has a similar structural setting to the 5.4Moz Tropicana Gold Mine
• The Olsen Well gold target, in the central part of the permit, is a 3km long untested soil anomaly, with a peak of 0.23g/t Au in soil, that remains open along strike in both directions
• Falcon’s 100% application adjacent to E09/2457 expands the project area further east along the Errabiddy shear zone
